It's hard to resist a pair of leather shoes, regardless of whether you are a man or a woman. Genuine leather is durable, classy, comfortable and usually expensive but worth the price because a well made pair of leather shoes can last a person for years.
I could not agree more! I have been wearing mine (we're talking the same pair of shoes here) for 15 years! My husband is big on talking about an object's cost per use. For example, he was okay spending a lot on a bed because we use it EVERY NIGHT. Basic shoes usually break down pretty well, especially when they last.
Plus, quality leather gets better with age. I don't think I'll ever regret buying a great classic leather jacket, a great leather purse, or a simple pair of leather shoes. They really do feel like investments.
